    Instructions on how to use FitMi:

    • Download the FitMi app on your tablet.
    • Create an account and sign in.
    • Pair your tablet with the FitMi pucks.
    • Select a game to play.
    • Follow the instructions on the screen to play the game.
    • Repeat steps 4-5 for the desired amount of time.

    Here are some additional tips for using FitMi:

    • Play FitMi for at least 30 minutes per day.
    • Take breaks if you get tired.
    • Listen to your body and don't push yourself too hard.
    • If you have any questions or concerns, please consult your doctor.
