What is helloEd?
helloEd is a marketplace of health and lifestyle technology products, stories, and ideas. It is a digital solution that aims to provide you with insight into what technology is available to help improve independence and health management. We do this by using our proprietary algorithm in conjunction with your personal information to provide you with personalised product ideas based for example on needs, age, and health monitoring functionality.
Why do we collect your information?
helloEd scans the world's health and lifestyle technologies to bring opportunities for you or someone you care about. To help us choose from hundreds of products, we ask for your personal situation or areas of need. These may be for example, suitability for babies (baby monitoring camera) or adults (security camera); specific health conditions such as sleep, diabetes, heart, dementia) or form (such as if a watch, pendant, or chest strap is preferred). We ask for your contact information, such as name and email, and mobile, so we can send you what you requested or keep you updated if you have indicated a preference to be contacted.
Our intent is to provide you with the utmost respect and privacy. We will not provide your personal information to third parties. In the event it was in your express interest and request to do we, we would seek your agreement. We will respond to any requests or concerns you have as soon as possible, and we will remove your personal information when requested.
