Parkinson's disease is the second most common neurodegenerative disease and a major cause of disability worldwide.

The age, symptoms, and needs of people will vary significantly, including a broad set of motor, and nonmotor symptoms.

Motor symptoms include Bradykinesia, Tremor, Gait & Myotonia

Non-motor symptoms include REM, sleep disorder, loss of smell, anxiety, depression, and challenges with functions and daily living tasks - due to both the disease and the impact of medication.
I have no choice about whether or not I have Parkinson's. I have nothing but choices about how I react to it. In those choices, there's freedom to do a lot of things in areas that I wouldn't have otherwise found myself in.  Michael J. Fox.
